How do I order from your website?

Simply select the item that you would like. Choose the quantity, color, and size; and then click add to cart. Once you are in your cart, click submit and then fill in the required fields.

Personalization items: Click on the product you would like to order and then click on upload photo. Add your photo from your computer/phone that you would like to have on there. Then click on "Confirm Design" this will take you to the next page where you can add your engraving. Scroll until you see the engraving section. Enter your personal message in the engraving boxes then scroll down until you see Add to cart. This will take you to the next page to confirm your cart items. Once there, click on Proceed to checkout and it will take you to the checkout page. You can also choose one of the other options below the proceed to checkout page on the right hand side of screen. Then proceed to enter your shipping and payment details and click submit.

***If you have any issues with placing your personalized order, reach out via our chat option and the representative will be happy to create the order for you and send you an invoice. You will just need to provide them with the item you are wanting to order, the color, the photo, name, email address, and billing/shipping address. NO PAYMENT INFORMATION. They will create the order for you and send you an invoice via email to make payment securely.

Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will offer a refund or credit towards a purchase of a different product. If you have ordered the wrong size please keep in mind that unless you were sent the wrong size by us you will be responsible for the return shipping to be exchanged for a different size. We will cover return shipping costs for items that were sent to you incorrectly. We cannot, however, refund or exchange any of the personalized items because they are made for each individual person with a personal photo and engraving.

Do you guarantee quality on all your products?

We sure do! If you don't like the product or find any damage, or anything else wrong with it, please contact us right away. We do all we can to make sure you have the best shopping experience we can, so contact us and we will address the issue right away. Please keep in mind that this is subject to the terms in our return/refund policy located at the bottom of the page and we cannot return or exchange the personalized products because they are specifically customized for you.

Why don't you accept my currency?

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside of the US and therefore cannot accept other currencies. We try to keep our prices as low as we can while still maintaining an income to keep our store running and in order to do that we have to keep our costs lowered and shipping outside of the US or exchanging currencies is expensive. Who wants to pay $20 for shipping an item that is less than $20 or pay a shipping fee that is just as much as the item itself?

Will my shirt fit? 

We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will work for many different shapes and sizes of customers from all over the US. We offer products that come in a range of shapes in a full range of typical U.S. style sizes (Extra small through 2XL).  Please make sure you refer to our size guide to insure you are getting the exact size for your body type.




What Can I Do If My Order Was Shipped To The Wrong Address?

Please reach out to support if your order was delivered to the wrong address. We will not be able to issue you a full refund unless the address mistake was made by us, so PLEASE make sure you are taking your time and review your shipping address prior to submitting your order. We do offer free replacements for items that are returned to us or have been destroyed due to being undeliverable/wrong address. If the items are not returned to us, we will not be able to offer a free replacement unless the error was made by us, but we will offer you a discount code to get the replacement sent to you at a discounted rate. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we are a very small business and it costs us a great deal to have the items remade and reshipped. We do not mass produce our items.

What about shipping and delivery?

Shipping costs are as follows:

$5.95 flat rate  and any orders over $30 will have free shipping.

Our fulfillment partner fulfills orders within 2-7 business days (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. We do our best to get them out to you as quickly as possible, but we are a small U.S based company that takes pride in the quality of our products and customer service; and you can't rush perfection. 

Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL). 

Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for items that have been delayed due to carrier delays or items that have been lost in transit. However, we will provide a replacement or refund for those that are lost in transit due to the carrier. We will not be able to send replacements for those that are missent due to errors made when placing your order, so PLEASE make sure to take your time and verify that the address entered is the correct address and has no typos. If it is incorrect and has not shipped yet, please reach out and let us know and we will have it changed for you.

My Order Was Marked Delivered, But I Did Not Receive It?


Please reach out to your local USPS to inquire about a package that states it was delivered but you did not receive it. We also recommend contacting your neighbors and apartment manager's office to make sure it was not delivered to them by mistake. We do everything that we can to make sure that you receive your product, but we are not the ones making the actual delivery and cannot be responsible for what they do, however, we will provide you with a partial refund if you or USPS are unable to locate your order. 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can sign up for an account which will allow you to log in and see the status of your order. You will also receive a confirmation email when you first place your order and then again when your order has shipped which will also provide you with a tracking number. You can also just simply click on the Track my order tab on our website to track the progress.
